Albergo di stampo classico, in un palazzo di interesse storico. Camere arredate con gusto e letto davvero molto comodo. La colazione era molto buona, curata con una ampia scelta di torte e crostate fatti in casa, cornetti e molto altro, atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Parcheggio non sufficiente per tutte le camere ma comunque siamo stati fortunati.

Soggiorno di due notti. L'ubicazione è perfetta dal punto di vista logistico: di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria con la disponibilità di ulteriori posti per parcheggiare (con telecamere). Accoglienza discreta con personale disponibile e preparato, servizio anche notturno per rientri a tarda ora. La zona è silenziosa e permette di riposare senza sorprese. Le camere sono essenziali nel senso più positivo del termine: c'è tutto ciò che ci si aspetta dalla categoria dichiarata con una nota di merito per pulizia e discrezione. La colazione tutto sommato completa, con una ulteriore nota di merito alla pacatezza e cortesia del personale in sala. Prezzo più che giustificato. Consigliato.

A mio parere questo è un fulgido esempio di come il personale possa “fare la differenza” in un luogo commerciale...accoglienza e servizio (soprattutto alla reception da parte del Sig.Paolo) eccellenti che fanno di un locale comodo ma anonimo nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria, un luogo da ricordare e consigliare.

onderweg naar Genua en Rapallo - aangenaam verrast door de klassieke inrichting - buiten was het 32°C - maar de airco werkte uitstekend - ook het ontbijt viel reuze mee - en dit alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs - ik kan dit alleen maar warm aanbevelen

Piccolo hotel nel centro di Alessandria, confermo quanto scritto da altri utenti riguardo la pulizia e l' accoglienza che sono ottime , ma perché se prenoto sul loro sito una junior suite mi viene assegnata una camera tripla e fatta presente al personale ricevente l' evidenza viene negata. Certo nella vita i drammi sono altri, ma sarebbe bastato evitare la possibilità di prenotare la tipologia di camera. Sicuramente l' hotel è da consigliare fate però attenzione.

Un pezzetto di storia dell’ospitalità alberghiera di AL. Se vi dovete muovere per lavoro utilizzando il treno, la posizione è perfetta: a 5’ a piedi dalla stazione. Lo stabile è ovunque ben tenuto, nello stile originario del tempo. Il risultato è un arredamento estremamente datato, camere fuori misura rispetto alle strutture più moderne, bagno super classico. Poi per il resto c’è tutto: tv digitale e via cavo, Wi-Fi, colazione variegata.
