JinDu is getting outdated, rooms need to be freshed up and cleaned better , especially the carpets full of stains. The rooms were also way too hot and no way to regulate the temp . Even keeping the window open while it was -19degrees outside was not cooling down the room enough . The breakfast was also limited .

Had a comfortable stay..chose this place for it's location and comfortable room. Room had a great view of the scenery in front of the hotel

Good location near the river. We walked up to the observation point on the other side of the river (in summer), but a new walkway will be completed soon to make it more accessible. The staff at the hotel were rather slow to check us in (45+ minutes).

The buffet breakfast has a variety of options. The dishes change every day and the service is warm. The lady at the front desk is also very considerate and has a very good service attitude. The room you stay in can also see the Ferris wheel and night view of Altay which is great. The transportation around the hotel is convenient.

優點：地理位置方便，高層面對河景色不錯：
缺點：房屋設施極其老舊，衞生條件一般，服務意識極差，對於客人入住體驗沒有任何跟蹤詢問，衞生打掃敷衍了事不到位，比不了烏魯木齊，就算相比於哈密 克拉瑪依麗楓等連鎖水平差距巨大，早餐供應很不及時，十點左右，總共也沒幾盤菜都已經空了。
第一天 入住前台處理複雜問題能力較弱，客人提出續住時間與預訂不符，前台小哥處理費勁，耽誤後續辦理進度。
第二天 早餐種類簡單 味道一般 馬桶故障長時間流水未處理。
第三天 未更換一次性拖鞋，未補充牙具，床墊傾斜未修正，床鋪整理很敷衍，床單未鋪整齊。
總結來説，價位對得起冬季二百多，但如果夏季過了400就不值得，一個停留在新疆傳統老酒店的服務水準，裝修設施很老舊，但還好有餐廳，種類勉強湊合，地理位置極佳，冬季滑雪接送還是夏季自駕出發走阿禾或者直接驅車喀納斯或者可可託海都很方便。
