Today im here to appreciate@Housekeeper Guli in Altay Jiyuhe Hotel for her Great care of my injured wrist during my stay in this hotel，@Housekeeper Guli is a really nice lady with a huge warm heart，under the circumstances that i didnt even say anything about request her to take care of me， She volunteered to take care of me with great patience，she brought me ice，medicine ，fruit and anything can help my wrist heal，im so appreciate for @Housekeeper Guli‘s care，under her care my wrist healed quickly！ 在吉域合酒店住了将近十天，住宿体验极好，特别向阿勒泰吉域合酒店点名表扬及感谢@管家古丽阿姨，在入住五天时本人在滑雪时不小心摔伤，原本半夜手腕疼肿不知所措的人我，管家古丽阿姨在听到客房部说有旅客受伤后，立马赶来询问我的受伤情况，连续超过三天分别在中午下午甚至半夜拿来冰块给我消肿，还四处打听帮我找来云南白药，膏药，照顾无微不至，帮我敷药按摩手腕，每天帮我送来一大堆水果，在管家古丽阿姨的悉心照料下，我的手腕很快恢复可以继续滑雪，对管家古丽阿姨的感谢无以言喻，只能望管家古丽阿姨往后工作顺利，升职加薪，好人有好报，同时也将这个环境优秀，服务极好的吉域合酒店团队推荐给即将到新疆滑雪的朋友们！

Altay Atour Hotel is the best hotel in Altay City. The service of Atour is amazing! The staff is polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich. The dining time is also very long. There is take-away coffee. There is also drip coffee in the room. There is also a warm brand, which is so warm! There is also a late-night porridge service at night, which is warm and cozy. I like the aunt who cooks porridge👍

The room is spacious, the service is warm, the accommodation experience is very good, and the transportation around the hotel is convenient. This is our second time staying at Xuedu Hotel and we are glad to be back! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with new technology and serviced daily. The buffet breakfast is delicious and abundant, it will please anyone. But the best part of the hotel, and the reason we come back, is for the exceptional service! The front desk workers are always positive and kind - they go out of their way to make our stay in Altay comfortable and easy (especially because we only speak English). We are so happy we stayed at the Xuedu Hotel for our holiday :)

The lobby of the very good hotel is clean and tidy. The service is friendly and helpful. Water and hot tea are provided as soon as you enter the hotel before you even check in. I am very satisfied with my stay. Newly renovated, very exquisite, convenient for shopping and food nearby, and cost-effective. It is rare for the bathroom to be able to separate dry and wet areas at such a price, and the toiletries are also very complete. Breakfast fruits can be delivered to your door upon reservation. The ethnic minority guy and the girl at the front desk, Xiaoha, are very nice. In short, they are full of praise.

I booked this hotel in Altay , it’s very convenient to everywhere , and have different restaurants around , easy to find foods here, and hotel provide free shuttle bus to JiangJun Mountain and also airport / train station, the receptionist 亚亚 and 小吴 are very friendly and helpful so sweet, overall I enjoyed the stay
