The worst experience and hotel ever in alex! Very impolite stuff with rude and unfriendly and unprofessional relations with guests! Unhelpful and disrespectful behavior!!!! Do not recommend this hotel for anyone!

Huge air con rooms, cleaned well. Good buffet breakfast choices, fruits, salads, omeletts, pastries etc. Used Billiards Room too, which was fun. Definitely recommend this hotel. Close to trams, shops and short stroll to the seafront. Only downside was poor Internet even using our 4G sim..and corridor hallway music was loud (rang reception at 0030hrs asking for it to be turned down, which they immediately did.)

The hotel is recently renovated and it was very nice as building and interiors, however, i went for 2 nights in the weekend, while check-in i was told for extra EGP 50 per night for a child which was weird as my reservation includes a child and it was very clearly mentioned, moreover, my wife was detained in the elevator with my child with non responsive action from the management and they were very lazy to act in timely manner, The worst experience is while check-out, i was told that i took one hanger and asked for another EGP 50, seems like having 50 pounds is a target, what a shame!! the receptionist was really rude and not professional, Ingi ( sales person ) was somehow friendly and tried to eliminate the problem they invented but i was really frustrated.

We stayed in this Hotel and booked 2 double rooms. We were on the first floor. This Hotel was recently renovated and they have done a good job. Hotel is very clean, spacious and a young staff. We stayed from 29th October 2021 till 2nd November 2021. Rooms are very spacious and cleaned. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is very friendly with a personal touch every morning. It is very well located at the foot of the tram railway station. Sea view is just opposite the road. Excellent location!

We enjoyed our trip very much starting from the warm and high quality service provided by the reception team , Thank you Marwan and Kareem for your cheerful smile . Restaurant , the chef and the catering team are very professional in their services , food is delicious and do have a lot of variety . We deeply recommend this hotel in Alex. And sure we will come here again and again.

Odam tertemiz, zevkli bir şekilde tasarlanmış ve yoğun bir günün ardından dinlenmeyi çok keyifli hale getiren nefes kesici bir manzaraya sahipti. Giriş işlemleri son derece hızlı ve sorunsuzdu, etkileşimde bulunduğum her personel sıcak, samimi ve ilgiliydi, bu da kendimi gerçekten hoş karşılanmış hissetmemi sağladı. Bu sefer olanakları keşfetme fırsatım olmadı ama sundukları hizmet ve imkanlar oldukça etkileyici görünüyor. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde bunları denemek için sabırsızlanıyorum. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione strategica per muoversi in città. Buona la pulizia, l'accoglienza. Buona e varia la colazione . Molto disponibili alla reception. Una lode particolare alla "guest relation" Reem per cordialità e simpatia.
