"I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night."

"The hotel is just super, what a stunning view from the hotel from the 16th floor, of the city and the sea, we were delighted. The studio is very spacious, everything you need is there, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a wonderful soft one. The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the train station, if you go from Cairo by bus, then from the bus station there are minibuses for 7 pounds to the train station, and from there it is 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel."
"Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time.
Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength."
"Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice"
"The location is on the edge of the summer palace. It is very convenient to visit the summer palace. It should be a very good quiet seaside hotel, but the whole area is being renovated when you check in. It is like a large construction site. The advantage is gone. The disadvantage of being far from the city center is highlighted. It is better to live in a hotel near Fort Quinn. Feel better Alexander.
Room facilities are good, new in Alexandria, but breakfast does not meet the five-star standard"

Good
AAnonymous UserThere a two nice pools at the hotel and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays.
If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.
GGuest UserWonderful, personal service in this beautiful old heritage hotel located right on the corniche in central Alexandria. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and enjoy the view.
NnrlfallsThis hotel is located inside Montaza Park, with standard sea view rooms and its own beach. The hotel is very new, the bedding facilities are comfortable, and the service is attentive and attentive. There are also welcome cakes and free drinks. Breakfast is not a buffet, the gourmet breakfast is very special. Among the five-star hotels in Alexandria, it is the best value for money.
DDeborahWe stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning.
Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped.
Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.
CChPangIt is heritage hotel with history dated back almost 100 years, and stayed by famous people in the past such as Winston Churchill and Elvis Presley. Located centrally and easily accessible to most of the key attractions in Alexandria. Highly recommended place to stay.
GGuest UserThe manager is not flexible. I spec more than 7 days with two rooms, and they refused to give me the breakfast included even my request thus not happened with me all my life over world
He is hiding himself and not in contact with the customer .
JJuneLike it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend it!

AAK tripThis hotel is located close to the seaside.
It's in a great location with a view of the beach from the rooms.
As you'd expect from a Hilton, there was no inconvenience or dissatisfaction during my stay.
Being able to stay safely at a hotel is not something to be taken for granted in Egypt, so this is a very important point.
The hotel also has a pool, and the view from the pool was amazing, and being able to see the sunset is a fond memory.
It was still a bit chilly that day so we didn't go in,
but the water was heated and it felt warm.
The room was clean and I had a pleasant stay, so I recommend it✨
WWenmenglThe room is clean and compact, and the hotel lobby is a very high space. When you enter, it feels like a serious hotel, not a B&B. After exiting the hotel, walk to the right for a minute or two and you will reach the seaside. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pompeii Column and 2.6 kilometers away from the Gabeyi Castle. This store is pretty good, enough for 4 stars. I guess the negative reviews on the Internet are caused by competitors.
Nnabiki2Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.
The average price for hotels in Alexandria is AED 419 on weekdays, and AED 420 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
