Ortam çok sıcaktı. Otel konumu ve imkanları fayda maliyet açısından çok iyi

Otelin konumu ve durumundan önce çalışanların nezaketi ve misafirperliğinden bahsetmek isterim. İnanılmaz dost canlısı ve müşteri odaklı bir otel. Otele varır varmaz kahve ikram ettiler, çıktığımız gün otobüsümüz geç saatte olduğundan valizlerimizi otelde bırakabilmemiz için yardımcı oldular, otobüs saati gelene kadar defalarca otele gidip geldik, kahve içtik, tuvaletleri kullandık, hepsini kendileri teklif etti. Odalar ferah, temiz, yataklar kaliteli, kuş tüyü yastıklar opsiyonel değil her yatakta bir adet kuştüyü bir adet elyaf yastık var. Kahvaltısı fena değil, otel merkezde, her yere yakın, sakin ve sessiz. Daha ne olsun, bizden 10 üzerinden 10 aldı, herkese öneririm, Dedeağaç'a gidecekseniz burada konaklamalısınız. But the worst thing has to do with the relationship between price and offer. We visited the hotel for one night, on the 3rd of August 15th, where you couldn't even find a bed in the city of Alexandroupoli. We went with my wife and my 4-year-old son at 09:20 in the morning for breakfast and we were sad to find that they had finished all pies, all crepes and all pancakes!!! Only the very very basics of breakfast were left. When we asked why he didn't have more, they told us that there was no proper preparation and they didn't calculate the crowd correctly... Also, when I asked them to heat fresh milk for my son, they told me that it was not possible! I mean, we're talking about a gas bottle and a kettle for a city hotel???? Also without realizing the fact that they had not made any preparations for the world they will host, but as a sign of goodwill they could buy corresponding products from a bakery in the area to satisfy the rest of the customers who paid for breakfast and actually did not eat breakfast.. .And in the middle of all this, €80 is required for the room... It's a shame, and steps should be taken to improve the hotel or they should lower the price they ask...

Very small rooms, lack of a chair or even an auxiliary surface for customer service. However, what was particularly problematic is the bathroom. The bathroom cabin is very small and uncomfortable, the sink is very small and the location of the wc is cramped. satisfactory breakfast. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the center and the beach, it has a parking space and the staff is polite and smiling.

Honest hotel....delivers what it promises at a great price. Standard room size...with all the essentials....clean with daily care. Comfortable mattresses...pillows...intelligently designed...even usb sockets...of course...tv...hairdryer...fridge...kettle.with herbal teas..bathroom cosmetics...heating. .hot water everything ok...for a comfortable few days stay. Breakfast something more than basic....it had enough variety...and the staff very kind. The location of the center...the center...everything at your feet...in two steps...without a car. Shopping.. food... entertainment. Even though it's central it wasn't crowded...because it's on a cobbled street in the old market and next to the Lighthouse...hence the name. The hotel has some parking spaces... but there is also a guarded parking lot two steps away... at a negligible cost. In general, I was pleased with the stay...value for money...I recommend it....

Καταρχάς είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο για 2 άτομα και το κρεβατι ήταν οριακά μονό με αποτέλεσμα να κανω τον χειρότερο ύπνο στη ζωή μου.Το δωμάτιο καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες ήταν ένα κάτασπρο μικρό δωμάτιο λες και ήμουν σε νοσοκομείο. Το μπάνιο επίσης πολύ μικρό και είδα κριτικές που στα δωμάτια τους είχαν τα μίνι προϊόντα μπάνιου αλλά στο δικό μας δεν είχε τίποτα παρά μόνο χαρτί τουαλέτας και σαπούνι χεριών. Επίσης η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου έπεφτε μονίμως χωρίς να την πειράζουμε καν. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό είχε μπουγατσα, καφέ, χυμο, φρυγανιές, τοστιέρα, κέικ, αυγά και πολλά ακόμα. Επίσης κάθε πρωι ερχόντουσαν δυο καθαρίστριες και την μια φορά που άργησα λίγο να σηκωθώ να ανοίξω επειδή με ξύπνησαν επειδή χτυπούσαν την πόρτα, ή καθαρίστρια μπήκε μόνη της μέσα στο δωμάτιο καθώς δεν υπήρχε πουθενά κάποιο ταμπελάκι «μην ενοχλειτε» για να βάλουμε έξω από την πόρτα! Οι καθαρίστριες πολύ ευγενικές κύριες κατά Τ’άλλα. Σίγουρα υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες επιλογές στην Αλεξανδρούπολη για λιγότερα χρήματα οι οποίες θα ανταποκρίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες που βλέπουμε σε Site, Booking κλπ…
