The room rate is too high for the quality The room was not properly clean The service was incredibly disappointing The front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping with even basic questions. Poor breakfast. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. I expected at least a basic level of comfort and cleanliness, and this stay didn’t meet even minimal standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. At least good location!!!!

Very clean and well organized. Also very friendly people. Exceptional. Relaxing, nice and calm, very good people available at all times. Definitely a place to stay in if somebody visits Alexandroupoli.

Very clean, location is amazing, team is very helpful, if you are going to Alexandroupoli I think it's one of the best places to stay, close to the big market Lidl, room was very big and clean and whatever we requested they did it with very good attitude, will definitely come back again

Tatili geç plandığımız için çok az alternatif arasında burayı seçtik. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar ve diğer görevliler ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Denize yürüyerek 5-6 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor, daha uzak plajlara da araba ile 5 dakikada ulaşabildik. Şehir merkezine de yakın, 10 dakikada araba ile gidilir. Biz akşam taksi ile gittik, 6-7 Euro tuttu. Kahvaltısı fena değildi. Bahçesi geniş, otopark sorunu olacağını düşünmüyorum. Çocuklar için park da var. Çocuklu aileler için uygun bir otel. Market yürüyerek 2-3 dakika mesafede. Kötü tarafı kaldığımız oda eskiydi, aile odasında kaldık bir yatak ve bir çekyat vardı. Çekyat pek rahat değildi. Bir gece konakladığımız için sorun olmadı. Fiyat ve kaldığımız odayı düşününce bence fiyat biraz yüksek, ama genel olarak geçen seneye göre konaklama fiyatları da yükselmiş gibi.

Τη δεύτερη μέρα, αφήσαμε στο πάτωμα τις πετσέτες για να μας τις αλλάξουν (μια τακτική η οποία συνηθίζεται και στο εξωτερικό και σε ξενοδοχεία στην Ελλάδα). Όταν αργότερα επιστρέψαμε βρήκαμε πετσέτες διπλωμένες που όταν πήγαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι ήταν νωπές και λερωμένες. Η καμαριέρα λοιπόν είχε μαζέψει τις πετσέτες ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΠΑΤΩΜΑ, τις είχε διπλώσει και τις είχε βάλει στη θέση τους σαν να ήταν καινούριες. Φυσικά κανένας δεν μας ειδοποίησε για αυτό και θα μπορούσαμε κάλλιστα αν δεν το είχαμε καταλάβει να έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει πετσέτες που πριν ήταν στο βρώμικο τους πατωμα ,με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Φυσικά όταν τους ρώτησα έξαλλη τι κατάσταση είναι αυτή η απάντηση αντί για συγγνώμη ήταν "Είμαστε ξενοδοχείο 3* και δεν αλλάζουμε κάθε μέρα πετσέτες." Έπρεπε να κάνω χαμό , να τους μιλησω για μια περιπέτεια υγείας που πέρασα πέρυσι εξαιτιας πιθανόν αντίστοιχης κατάστασης για να φτάσουν να πουν ότι "Ε εντάξει έκανε λάθος η καθαρίστρια και παράλειψη μας που δεν ενημερώσαμε , αλλά δεν έγινε κάτι ,τώρα που μας το είπατε σας αλλάξαμε πετσετες" Οι άνθρωποι είναι ΕΠΙΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΙ. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, κοντά στην παραλία και την πόλη, ήσυχο . Χρησιμοποιήσαμε εισιτήρια κοινωνικού τουρισμού για τις διακοπές μας φέτος και επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τυχαία. Μας κέρδισε πραγματικά. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε υπέροχη θέα προς τη Σαμοθράκη. Με το καλό να βρεθούμε εκεί και του χρόνου.
