I had a real good time at this lovely hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and they offer a generous and varied breakfast buffet. A nice garden to enjoy a glass of wine from their huge wine list on warm evenings is also worth mentioning. They organize wine tastings and guided hikes as well.

Das Doppelzimmer war schön heimelig, sauber, gute Bad, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, ruhige Lage. Aber herausragend der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Familie Gleißner. Nie aufdringlich, immer ansprechbar - Vergessenes wurde ohne Problem nachgeschickt. Bei unser nächsten Moseltrip wird bestimmt einen weiteren Aufenthalt dort eingeplant

Kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit einem recht kleinem Bad. ( Auf denFotos im Netz sah alles geräumiger aus)Da wir dort nur geschlafen haben war es total in Ordnung. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, wunderbares,leckeres Frühstück in einem hübschen Garten. Wir hatten ein Wellness Arrangement welches mit der Therme gut organisiert war.

Wir waren mit unserer Mannschaft, mit 29 Leuten, Vorort. Die Gastfreundschaft, das Frühstück und die Zimmer waren alles hervorragend. Trotz dass das Dorf an der Mosel sehr ruhig gelegen ist, hat das Hotel das beste für uns raus gemacht und uns einen sehr guten Abend geschenkt. Vielen lieben Dank an euch!

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sauberes Bad mit unterschiedlichen Handtüchern, was sehr hilfreich ist. Leckeres Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Dieses Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen an der Mosel. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war mit einem Freund ein paar Tage wandern und wir sind in Alf gestrandet, ohne eine Unterkunft zu haben. Zwar konnte uns hier leider auch kein Zimmer angeboten werden, da alles ausgebucht war, aber dafür kümmerte man sich mit viel Engagement, den beiden verlorenen Seelen zu helfen und so mussten wir die Nacht tatsächlich nicht unter der Brücke verbringen. Danke nochmals und alles Liebe für die Zukunft. Vielleicht an dieser Stelle auch noch einen lieben Gruß an die gute Ute!

Ik had geboekt voor 4 nachten, 686 euro met ontbijt. Een hele hoge prijs voor deze stoffige kamer. De eerste nacht kreeg ik een zware keelontsteking. Mijn man was heel kort van adem maar durfde niet zeggen wat hij al gezien had. Hij is astma patiënt. Ik heb een zware allergie voor huisstof en huismijt. Ik ben de dag nadien bij de apotheker in de buurt moeten langs gaan. Toen we wouden vertrekken na de 4de nacht keek ik nog onder het bed en het lag vol stof terwijl ze elke dag kwamen kuisen. Hierdoor dus die keelontsteking. De badkamer is enorm klein waar er zelfs geen plaats is om je aan te kleden. 'S Avonds kan je alleen iets klein eten waardoor wij genoodzaakt waren om elke dag op restaurant te gaan. Ik heb een e-mail verstuurd naar het hotel waar ze een dag later op antwoorden dat ze geen hollands, nederlands kunnen en dat ze de mail moeten laten vertalen. In ieder geval is de kamer het geld niet waard dat wij betaald hebben. Er staat nochtans dat de kamers allergie-vrij zijn!! Schandalig gewoon. Hier komen wij nooit meer terug!!! De foto's zijn doorgestuurd naar het hotel!
