Travelodge - Alfreton

Would highly recommend, great value for money and excellent customer service. On arrival we was greeted by Rebecca who was lovely and friendly and happy to assist with all queries we had.

Had a lovely experience here, room was very clean, well presented and the lovely Rebecca who welcomed me and my parter on two occasions was really welcoming and well mannered, made us feel comfortable.

Clean rooms, great service would recommend to my friends and family. Made me feel very welcome sll the staff especially Rebecca.

I arrived late at night and my family Room wasn't available some mix up, not a problem Rebecca soon sorted it out for me good choice on local takeaways also makes a change to speaking to someone who's like a robot not enjoying their job

Excellent budget friendly hotel, looks a lot better since its refurbishment - its a shame the outside doesn't reflect the same high cleanliness Standards from inside. Staff are friendly and outgoing.

All good. Room just as needed, better than others like premier inn. Somewhere to sit to do make up and hair in the morning (some hotels insist on putting the tv above the desk). Somewhere to put the suitcase, which could be left open for easy access. Clean, warm & spacious. Great mattress. No complaints at all. Receptionist Angie was brilliant, very welcoming and check in was quick and easy. She talked me through everything and sorted my wifi access code etc. She also helped me to sort food out, giving various options
