Honestly had one of the best holidays ever. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am and left our luggage in a corner at reception til our room was ready. It was safe as there was no1 wondering in from the street like other hotels. It was mostly family's there. We wer allowed use the pool and eat before and after check in and it didn't cost anything extra. We stayed 11 nights and there was a city tax that worked out at €28 per adult. The food was lovely and had a great variety. There was food available at the pool bar all day, fruit, salad, cold meat, cheese, pizza, fries, hot dogs and burgers and also desserts. Soft all inclusive only includes wine at meal times. Soft drinks, juice and water was available all the time from self service. The full all Inclusive had very limited alcohol. Coffee was available at breakfast and had to be paid for after that in the bars. A bottle of corona was €5 and a gin and sprite was €12. Cocktails were €7 and €9. Cans of Soft drink were €3 in the bar. The bedrooms wer nice. Aircon was good. No self service laundry but I brought a portable clothesline with me and hung it on the balcony. Washed out some clothes by hand. A lot of the entertainment was in Italian but we still enjoyed it. The pool entertainment was great, aqua aerobics and so on. There was a bus running daily every couple of hours €5 each way pp. Children under 3 are free. It stops at different beaches and takes you to the centre of alghero. Alghero was beautiful and well worth a visit. Lovely restaurants there. Boat trips available from the harbour there. Also snorkeling trips available from the back of the hotel which is handy. €60 for a full body massage and €25 for an hour long tennis lesson. It was very relaxed. Staff were great. The hotel is in a natural park and the entrance gates have security staff and are locked so it's very safe for kids. No stranger roaming around. I'm going back there this year for 14 nights. So is another girl that I met there with her daughter. They loved it. I wouldn't recommend it for an adult holiday as it is a family hotel so there isn't any partying but the adult do gather around the bar at night for drinks. The whole alcohol thing wasn't an issue for me as I find with all inclusive hotels the alcohol is watered down so I usually end up buying the proper stuff anyway. A taxi from the airport to hotel cost €40- €45 and can be got right outside the airport building. There are wild deer roaming around at night and we got to feed them which was amazing. There are also wild boar on the hotel grounds at night but they don't come close to you. Its definitely a unique resort and the kids loved it. There is a small shop on site which sells water, gifts, toiletries and som first aid supplies, chocolate bars, and a small amount of clothing. It's a holiday that doesn't cost a bomb because its not surrounded by shops and attractions. My only fault was they had no laundry facilities, and all inclusive did not include alcohol.

We were unable to reach the hotel due to an unexpected strike at our departure airport. Out of respect for the hotel, as soon as we were informed (the day before), we cancelled our reservation. We were unable to contact the hotel directly as they delegate their reservation system to an external booking agency, Amare Travel. This agency completely lacks professionalism, empathy and was even disrespectful to our despair (automatic response - copy/paste). The hotel therefore did not make any refund as provided for in its cancellation conditions in the event of force majeure and did not even offer compensation or a voucher!

I stayed a week at the Baia Di Conte and returned home yesterday. I’m going to breakdown my review into parts. Accommodation: My room was a first floor room with a lovely view of the resort. The room was clean nicely presented and well kept. I had all the facilities I needed. Fridge, Safe and air conditioning. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe to add a couple of sports/movie channels in other languages (English) if possible. Other than that rooms were cleaned every day and always done professionally. 9/10 Reception staff: Although there was a slight language barrier Italian/English the reception staff were wonderful, very attentive and looked after me well. I did have a issue in my room and it was resolved within 15 mins 10/10 Food: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner were available and overall everything thing was really good and tasty things were presented well, fresh and had a number of options from salad’s, cheeses, bread, hot mains including fish, meat and vegetarian options, dessert and unlimited soft drinks and white/red wine. The restaurant was clean and well presented. The only thing I would suggest maybe is to use different sausages for breakfast as it was more like hotdog sausages than a breakfast sausage. But the food quality was very good 9/10 Restaurant/Bar/Beach Tavern Staff: All the staff were very polite, courteous and attentive. Always available and made sure every visit was a great. Made my visits enjoyable and relaxed 10/10 Facilities: Baia Di Conte has a number of facilities although I didn’t use all of them the ones I used were great and of a high standard and quality. 9/10 Baia Di Conte is a great place to stay the staff are amazing and make your stay perfect. Finally the most amazing feature for me is the private cove/beach it’s amazingly beautiful. I will miss my early morning walks there. It was absolutely stunning and peaceful first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend Baia Di Conte to anyone looking to unwind and take it easy. The environment is beautiful and the staff and facilities make your stay really comfortable.

My sister and I stayed here for 1 night while we were between Air B&B’s in Alghero. We chose it just so we could have access to the private beach because all the other public beaches near Alghero were horribly packed. We knew the reviews were mixed and I can see why! The good: The beach is beautiful, surrounded by trees and crystal clear water.,yes it’s pebbly/stony for the first few metres til you get to the sandy part but it’s worth it.we had no problem getting beach beds/umbrellas late in the day, there were plenty around. The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfy. Happy With the air con. The staff were generally smily and helpful. The pool bar was great, really tasty food (chips, pizza, roasted peppers and courgettes) . Also had a Nutella crepe (€4) that was good. The Bad. The Food. Oh dear lord, the food. It’s bad. Inedible in fact. I can’t imagine being stuck in the hotel for a week without a car and being forced to eat that every night. Everything looked so unapoetid. Even the plain pasta tastes like it was microwaved ,but that was all we could eat. There were weird meat stews that looked like pedigree chum and stodgy looking lasagne. It’s just so , so bad. Breakfast was horrendous as well except for the croissants. The coffee was so wrong, just disgusting. It was worse than hospital food. Our jaws were on the floor that people seemed to be eating it without complaint. The WIFI. It didn’t work in our room and the middle aged woman at reception didn’t give two figs, lol. If I was staying longer than a night I may have fought it but you pick your battles. Overall book if you have a car and can escape to Alghero town for dinners because it’s in a beautiful location and it’s perfectly clean and comfortable !

Beautiful beach and surroundings, very good lunch and dinner , big rooms , but... the hotel is very noisy between 16.30- 18. 30 and in the evening 21.30 up to 24.00 , so it is impossible to go to bed if you have a room located near the swimming pool . Second of all I was robbed by cleaning ladies so be careful! they took few pieces of my jewelry

Never stay at this hotel NEVER ! It is the worst hotel worst service that I have ever seen ! I was highly disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The room was far from what I expected. The cleanliness was subpar; I found dust on the furniture, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable, with worn-out mattresses and pillows that provided little support. There was a persistent musty smell in the room that made the entire stay unpleasant. Service was horrible ! No wi-fi connection in the room ! Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from a hotel of this caliber, and I will not be returning.

Beautiful location of the hotel, lots of greenery, nice shielded bay suitable for swimming, crystal clear water. Helpful staff. Clean and good size room. Tasty good quality food. All this can be totally spoiled by EXTREMELY LOUD ANIMATION which you cannot escape, long hours both in the mornings and afternoons....extremely loud music and shouting, very repetitive and annoying.

I absolutely do not recommend this resort!!! it's a joke! pity for the scenery and the location which are superb, but the services do not deserve even 2 stars! I chose the all inclusive concept and I was amazed to see that we can only get alcohol from the central bar (at the reception). at the bar on the beach and the one by the pool you only got water and juice from the dispenser and these in very small glasses, like shots. you had to make 10 trips to quench your thirst. breakfast ends at 10:00 and lunch starts at 12:00 until 14:00. your food is not even served because you have to go again... at the bar they are not allowed to give you ice. I asked for hot water for tea at 23:30 and I was told that at that time they only give me counter-cost (€2). if we wanted 2 families to sit together at the table, you are not allowed to join 3 tables, so the children ate separately at another table... there are only 20 sunbeds at the pool... towels for the beach and the pool are only paid for... THE ONLY THING OK IT'S THE ANIMATION TEAM THAT DOES EVERYTHING, THEY ARE WONDERFUL! it's a pity that they ended up in such a place... congratulations Futurlandia! Shame on Baia di Conte!
