Hotel Suisse is a small Parisian-style hotel in a great location just off Rue Didouche with its shops, cafes and restaurants. It it just a few minutes' walk to the Main Post Office, the Metro and the city bus station, and the Place de Martyrs and the Casbah are about 15-20 minutes 'walk away. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff are very attentive and helpful with directions, transport etc. Wi-fi is good throughout the hotel. The hotel is quiet despite being close to the busy streets.

It's been 4 years now since we collaborate with hôtel Suisse, i am the guest relations of the Algiers international festival of comics, so clean, so cozy, in the center of Algiers, close to everything, all of our artists loved the place and especially the food the food the food, the cook is a magician 🧙♂️ Thank you so much "Celia" the receptionist, so helpful and friendly, always smiling and solving all the problems. Thank you so much "Nabil" for the awesome dinners we had, for your hospitality and your generosity. I am grateful 🙏 to all the staff as well, we had the week of our lives.

My stay at this hotel was mixed. The location is probably one of the best assets, with an ideal proximity to a police station which reinforces the feeling of security. However, several points deserve improvement. The hotel could really do with a serious renovation. The breakfast is very minimalist and lacks variety, the small cheese plate is not enough for more than two people. The room where I stayed was too dark, which is not pleasant. The shutters cannot be opened because you quickly find yourself face to face with the neighbor of the building opposite, The bathroom, for its part, is poorly arranged and has traces of rust, which leaves an impression of neglect. The linen service is also problematic, towels are given out drop by drop. The elevator is much too narrow, and the parking is almost non-existent. The receptionist often has to move cars to try to make room, which can be annoying. Despite these negative points, the location remains exceptional, and security is ensured thanks to the proximity of the police station.

Lotus est un très bon plan pour pouvoir rester Alger centre. Les chambres ont l'air d'être neuve ainsi que la literie et tout le reste, et apparemment été restauré. J'ai beaucoup aimé le deuxième restaurant où on peut prendre un verre tranquillement chose rare aujourd'hui à Alger.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé tout près de la grande poste d'Alger. Literie impeccable, personnel très aimable. Tout cela servi par un rapport qualité -prix des plus attractif. Je le recommande chaudement.
