Pathetic, horrible is also not the words to start with. We booked deluxe room which i guess is only one thing at would justify. Otherwise there was no facilities provided which one gets while a stay. 1) washroom was stinking, wash basin was detached from the wall can fall on floor any time. 2) chair was broken
3)celling get on as per his own wish. As sometime it take 5 to 10 min to get started 4)there is no such features given to the customer. 5)air condition temperature is in 16c that cannot be change as there is no remote to adjust that. 6) water supply when require in morning is next to nothing as it took 45 min to fill one tub. When checked was inform that worked under maintenance. No hot only cold water and that to was next to nothing in the tab 7)intercom phone not working as again under maintenance. Overall it was horrible experience full waste of money. I paid for this trip which was waste.

Bad experience. Services if you want you need to chase for 3 to 4 times. Only location is prime rest worthless

As per the rates the rooms are not as good as expected, food quality is good, complimentary breakfast was average, location is very good inside the city, property is big.

Property not maintained, rooms found dirty, no hot water in washroom, ac remote missing, laptop size tv in room not operational. Breakfast was terrible. Surroundings not clean, room rate prices high,

The resort is in very poorly maintained condition. The slide is not working. Repair work going on in the resort in evening time so you cannot fully enjoy the pool. No mosquito net in the room. Lizards roaming around in the room. Buckets were muddy. Wall plaster was damaged in multiple location.

We booked the hotel but didnt stay. Property was not maintained and unhygienic. No intercomm service, ceiling damaged and managers didnt even bother about anything. Worst place

The complete property except the main pool is poorly maintained. The management does not bother to look at the properties condition. Over grown lawn, dirty fish tank, not working lights, under maintenance slides and kids pool, the pay area is total mess. Dirty water in the bathroom. Flush jet leaking, no tissue in toilet are a few things we noticed.
