Amazing stay

Old and run down in the middle of nowhere with no scenery around, but a wire fence giving you a nice prison atmosphere. Non existent service.

We had a fabulous time at Taj Alibaug. Upon our check in, they upgraded us to the villa. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Chandrakant , Anessa and chef Rajesh for all your help to make the stay so comfortable and fun for the kids. There could be more Vegetarian dishes added in the buffet. Also, the breakfast was totally same both the days except 1 or 2 dishes. Apart from this , it was a fantastic holiday 😀

Hospitality & Service: A special mention to Chandrakant Gujare, the duty manager, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Chandrakant went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even surprising us with an upgrade. His attentiveness and genuine care set the tone for an exceptional experience. Food & Dining: The food was absolutely exceptional, every meal was a delight. The variety and quality reflected the Taj standard perfectly. Activities & Entertainment: The property organized engaging evening activities during high tea, including traditional Marathi dances and housie, which added a cultural touch and made the experience even more enjoyable. Amenities: Pool: Clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. Indoor Games Room: A fantastic addition with options like foosball, pool, carrom, table tennis, and air hockey, great for unwinding indoors. Staff: Every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and eager to assist, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall: Thanks to Chandrakant and the entire team, this trip was a pinnacle of hospitality. I highly recommend Taj Alibaug for anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and culturally rich getaway.

I visited Taj Alibaug to celebrate my birthday, and I want to appreciate the wonderful service I received. Chef Siddhesh personally took care of my food preferences and prepared some excellent dishes that made the stay special. Duty Manager Mr. Chandrakant Appa was extremely supportive and ensured all my requirements were met smoothly. Thank you to the team, for making my stay comfortable and memorable.
