We had an amazing time. The property is overall kept very well and superb activities for the kids to be engaged. The buffet menu in the restaurant was quite ordinary, especially on busy days like independence day (15th August), seemed like the chef was too busy to make anything innovative and the food was not upto the usual quality standard of Radisson. It looked like the chef was only busy trying to make all dishes in the tricolor and forgot about taste. Kindly improve on this as food is a big big component in any holiday. Rooms were great and was happy with everything but there needs A VERY VERY HEAVY PEST CONTROL TO BE DONE OVERALL IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL as there were silver fish (wood eaters) literally ALL OVER THE PLACE ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOMS. WE FOUND LOTS OF LIVE EVEN IN THE FRESH TOWELS. If not contained, there will be severe damage to the hotel property and it is a huge put off for any guest. Please take this with utmost priority.

Hotel property is located in a prime location, everything is easily accessible just by walking, rooms were clean and service was polite and helpful, they don't have dining arrangement but they'll provide you with plates and cutlery if asked for. If you are visiting by motorcycle parking is available just under the hotel as well.

It was a good experience, staffs were very cooperative. Most attractive thing of this location is the area outside the room and pool side. Greenery in this hotel is very well maintained. Overall this hotel is very good at this price point
