We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night.
Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details.
The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. I recommend anyone visiting Prayagraj to contact the hotel and stay there.Wish the Hotel all the best and may they maintain the high standards.

It’s very nearby Prayagraj railway station . Staff is very polite.Room was very clean. Restaurant food was awesome and testy. We are recommended for family. Bazar and shop was near the hotel. We stayed here one night only. It’s veg hotel and nice food.

This is WORST experience of this hotel management. They took RS. 40,000, instead of Rs. 4000 from us and did not even return the money. They did not even confirm our room booking or given the room. This is real experience. We are from outside country and they cheated us very badly. We kept calling over the phone but no response. Please be ware of these cheaters. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS HERE. These are WORST CHEATERS.

We had planned to stay in the hotel to have a safe and comfortable visit to the maha kumbh. We certainly enjoyed the stay and things went as planned. Food was good and staff was very accommodative.

Hotel rooms are average. Bed found to be uncomfortable. Room service poor. They provide 1 towel, 1 dental kit& no hand towels. On demand only they provide. Once u call room service, it is no reply or it takes too much time to attend. Restaurant jimana of the hotel is good, enjoyed 3 meals in the restaurant. No images

Make my trip and hotel both are terrible even after my accident and providing medical certificates and actual accident pictures did not cancel my booking and charged full amount , both are inhuman .
