Nice hotel, with nice hospitality. Staff was very cooperative. Restaurant food was very good. We all had a happy and memorable experience. Of course the food price was a little higher!

Hotel is at good location, hygiene standards are good and staff very responsive. Restaurant and bakery shop are excellent. The only downside is the early check out time at 11 am which is inconvenient and no relaxation after 12 even though we had checked in quite late in the evening with due proper information and the there were vacant rooms.

The location and building are old but good. However the door locks are ancient in the digital age. The housekeeping department not trained. Despite complaining twice the shower in the bathroom nut fixed. The ultimate was check out experience. Despite my information to reception in the night the person on duty was still sleeping and guard dad to go back and wake. I was getting late because of my train timing and the bill was not ready. He refused to even tell his name. Charged me extra 4 k money for changing the room and refused to give receipt. I had ordered that my breakfast be given to me packed during the night itself but the receptionist failed to give me satisfactory answer. The ground staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Definitely not worth the reputation of mmt. Not worth repeating booking such hotels which don’t run professionally.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous. Food was tasty. Telephones were not working properly. Toilet seats can be better. These two can be improved.
