Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Position was right in front of the lake with good views and an easy walk from central Alleghe. Ours were the cheapest rooms which were quite small but perfectly adequate for our stay and the bed was comfortable. Decent buffet breakfast.

The receptionist is the best, but the room is a little bit empty because there’s no kettles and mug or else. I hope your hotel can provide it next time for a better experience for all of your customer and i hope that you can provide a room for more that 5 person because we face a little bit problem when coming by 5

Very cozy hotel. Room with 2 spacious bedrooms. Nice italian style breakfast. Perfect location next to the lake. Ski station obout 500m from the hotel. Nice restaurants nearby eith tasty food. Spent great time during Christmas. Strongly recomend

Zeeshaan was super friendly and really looked after us during our stay. He made sure our room had a great view of the dolomiti lake and constantly checked in on us and making sure we take our breakfast and even made us coffee on our check out day! Super great customer service, sincere service served from the heart! Please promote Zeeshaan as he is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you Zeeshaan for your warmth and hospitality.

This is one of the most perfect places I stayed at in my vacation. It had an amazing view, the staff were friendly: Rania and Shan.The hotel is situated perfectly in front of the lake. I’ll come again.Parking was easy to find, breakfast was good.

Excelent service and the breakfast was spectacular the people was very kind and polite. We love the view and landscapes also you have very clean rooms and restrooms. We enjoyed the bar area to spend time together with our friends The only bad thing is there is no restaurants open after 7pm besides a bar

We had a great time in Alleghe, the hotel had everything we needed and we had great breakfast. They started to change furniture and renovate also. We got an upgrade to a lake-view room which was beautiful, very peaceful. Staff was kind, gave us tips where to eat.
