Top apartments, with all comfort.
Indoor pool with top hot water, like I've never seen before.

The hotel environment is very beautiful and worth a visit. It is the first choice for vacation and recommended by friends who travel by car. There is a lake and its own garden next to it. It is very nice to stay there after taking a hot spring bath.

Unfortunately, this was not a 5 star resort. The employees are so RUDE. I can not begin to tell you the long list of issues we experienced during out stay along with many of our family members at this resort. The pool area had no employees. You would have to order drinks and food on the first floor and then bring down yourself each time. The pool was dirty! No customer service at all. One restaurant, no irons in rooms, You can pay to have your clothes ironed. We had heard Portugal was a friendly country. Maybe Porto was a better choice, but this area was not worth it! Stay away if you want a relaxing vacation.
