Cacilhas has plenty of good food and drinking options and the hotel is in the middle of it all. Central Lisbon is only a short ferry ride away 200m from the hotel. Still lots of tourists about but not the crush of Lisbon. The hotel owners were very welcoming, welcome drinks because we arrived early and provided good advice on the locale, Lisbon and Portugal. The rooms are a bit basic but fairly roomy, nice views clean and at the time reasonable priced. The restaurant on the ground floor is probably one of better ones in the area and the host (Bruno I think ?) was very good on the night we dined there. Overall the hotel and location are a great option when visiting in Lisbon

Good location and reasonable quality-price ratio. Great work recovering all those buildings. The apartments were well equipped and perfectly clean. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and available. The windows offered good sound isolation which was very good since the street is quite busy and noisy. However, the same was not true for the apartments' door. We could hear everything on the stairs and even the light could come inside under the door. One of the mornings, the cleaning staff started around 8.30 a.m moving things and using cleaning equipment. Due to the issue with the door, it was pretty inconvenient.

El sitio es excelente, apartamento nuevo,limpio y el staff muy atento y amable. La reserva de aparcamiento con ellos fue económica y muy cerca del apartamento y al otro extremo de la calle podemos tomar el ferry para Lisboa a 8 min en Cais de Sodré, justo al lado del Mercado de la Rivera.

Nous connaissions déjà cet établissement, il propose des appartements refaits à neuf,d'une grande propreté et très confortable . Nous avons apprécié le calme malgré la situation sur la rue animée par de nombreux restaurants (doubles vitrages et climatisation dans toutes les pièces à vivre) Nous y reviendrons certainement

Très bon accueil. Bel appartement refait à neuf au dernier étage au calme car chambre qui donne sur cour. Du balcon, vue sur le Tage. Bon rapport qualité prix. Tout est parfait. Cet appartement va devenir mon fief quand je viens voir ma fille étudiante.

Loué a la derniere minute nous avons adoré cette prestation. L appartement est magnifique avec de la hauteur sous plafond et des vieux parquets cirés. La localisation est top dans une rue piétonne animee, en 10 mn de ferry on est a lisbonne au coeur de ville ( bateau toutes les 30 min pour - de 2€ le trajet). Resto en face de la residence , cuisine portugaise délicieuse et pizzeria romaine savoureuse. L acceuil, le meilleur pour la fin ....d une sympathie extrême .Mention particuliere a Daniela pour son professionnalisme !

Zentral in der Fußgängerzone, also bis in den Abend rein belebt; Garagenhalle in der Nähe, nahe Fähranleger nach Lissabon Schönes altes Haus, gut restauriert, großzügiges Apartment mit Wohn-Esszimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, drei französische Balkone. Sehr sauber; leider leichter Muffgeruch im Bad Rezeption befindet sich in einem anderen Haus; super-nettes, hilfsbereites, englischsprachiges Personal
