Awful hotel. We booked because we need a cheap stay before our flight back but end up paying twice the amount we should have been! They took 20 000 tenge deposit and refused to return it. DO NOT BOOK.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, as they look for fines to get money, as a fine of 5000 was taken for dirty bathroom floor towels.
I do not recommend staying there, as they track down mistakes to collect fees, so be careful.
Also, the room is not cleaned daily, but they only provide water and tea.
Of course, I will not return to it again, and I do not recommend booking there.
