Tuvimos un problema a la llegada ya que los niños no estaban incluidos. El hotel nos cobro la parte proporcional a los niños y luego Trip nos lo devolvió. Esta tarea nos hizo perder una mañana entera llamando y preguntando a diferentes sitios cosa que entendemos que tanto Trip como el hotel tendrían que haber resuelto ellos directamente.
