Very good service we wanted to stay only one night, but this hotel had a lot of fun for people specially for kids, and we stayed 2 nights , good location good breakfast and good price for drinks we had good experience and we will be come back again

Instead of gently notifying me of the check-out time, suddenly one of the cleaning ladies enters my room shouting and interrupting my conversation on the phone. It did not end there: they dared to call the police only for an hour late. I repeat: I have not been notified of the time of check out from the first day. If earlier I gave 5 points, now I give one. Location of hotel is perfect go out the gate down the slope and you are on the beautiful beach of santo Tomas had a issue with the air conditioning in the room which took 2 visits to correct but give the hotel credit it was fixed which was surprising as this hotel is having a refurbishment and will be TUI Blue next season. Check in quick deposit for pool towels taken like alot of hotels,grounds are lovely spent alot of the time in garden area clean and tidy. Food ok but we are not fussy eaters the restaurant had no atmosphere more like a school or work canteen and the main issue with hotel is the tracing paper they call walls between rooms,during the refurbishment I hope the put in soundproofing as you can hear your neighbour's sneezing. We went all inclusive and had a reasonable selection of drinks but I feel the snacks should be covered to stop the large amount of flies landing on them needless to say we did not partake in snacks. Rooms tired and in words of estate agent compact with a large bathroom and adequate terrace.

The hotel is fantastic, very comfortable and all the staff are very attentive. The buffet is very well stocked. Great for going with children. They gave us a very spacious room, with a terrace and hammocks. The beach is very close, and there are many services around (restaurants, supermarket,...). We will be back soon.

As every year, a comfortable hotel. A BIG FAILURE: THE BATH LINEN (Towels) ARE AUTHENTIC SANDY TAPE. I don't think they have been changed since it opened. It is unfortunate for the price and the good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First time at this hotel and I can assure you that we will continue coming back. Perfect location, close to the beach and very quiet. The perfect place to rest. As for the staff, I can only say that they are EXCELLENT, they provide a close and familiar treatment and it is something that is appreciated because they make you feel at home. The food is very good and varied. The children have a great time and parents can rest easy thanks to the entertainment service. In general, a 10!!! Excellent hotel that we can only recommend. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant is at the top, super available, always concerned about what they can do to satisfy customers. The meals are quality, varied and well presented. The rooms are quite large. The services are numerous, heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, gym are clean and very well maintained. Hotel to highly recommend.
