They charge you €100 as a deposit which is not put in reserve and the very young girl at reception answers badly as if you are illiterate. He even tells you that the Ñ is not used in emails as if you were stupid. He tells you that your daughter is 12 years old, as if you wanted to rob the hotel when he has in front of him the ID of the girl who is months away from turning 12. WITHOUT STOP OFFENDING.
