Blue Elephant Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

This place was highly recommended. Exceeded our expectations. Food was out of this world and portions were good. Service was amazing, and servers were very friendly. Best meal we had on our trip by far. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Definitely worth the price.

A great boutique hotel a couple of minutes from the beach. The staff were all charming and the rooms kept very clean. We only eat breakfast as there are so many restaurants in the town, but breakfast overlooking the bay of Souda is special, as are the hotel views. Don’t want to say too much more as we will be going back!

Amazing. Stellar views of mountains, valley, sea. Very boutique in feel but still pragmatic. It is on a bit of an incline but stairs to help manage. Amazing amenities, and beautiful views to the sea. Rooms are very well laid out, chic, and comfortable. Good reliable wifi. Beautiful infinity pool/lounge space overlooking sea view. Nice restaurant and with really delicious breakfast that changed up a little bit every day for some nice variety. Variety of room types including private balconies and private and semi-private (shared with adjacent room) plunge pools. This was a very luxurious feel. Understandably some have view of rooftop of other rooms but sea was still visible. If possible request for most front facing ones for best views - in our preference - (but all are nice). Clean, quiet, friendly, attentive. Then there is the stellar staff to match the quality of the hotel-resort. Everyone was amazing, friendly, smiling and helpful and really made the experience that extra level of elevation. Penny at the reception jumped through hoops to make things happen and we are very appreciative of this kind of effort. The friendliness and well paced engagement of other staff gave the resort setting all the more warm and welcoming feel including shout-outs to Claudio, Bruno, Pavlos, Michaela and others. Thank you all for a magnificent stay! Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice, clean, modern and has an amazing view. It’s definitely higher class. Two things stood out: the exceptional friendliness of the staff (shoutout to Penny at the reception for making our vacation a pleasure right from the start) and the unique qualities of the chef. We ate in the restaurant of the hotel for 4 out of the 7 nights of our stay because it was so good. The food (& cocktails & service!) are of the same quality you can find in the classier or even Michelin-star restaurants. Wish I would have had the opportunity to tell him that in person. Also the breakfast was such a delight with lots of variety every day. We’re definitely making plans to return there one day.

Beautiful location with attentive but not intrusive staff The food was first class a complimentary starter followed by beef cheeks, chicken and a salad all superb The desert was out of this world tiramisu with a twist I’ll definitely be returning

I stayed at the hotel and it was really nice. Rooms are lovely, large, clean and comfy. The hotel staff were really friendly. We had a meal in the restaurant and although really expensive it was lovely! Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Pool area is fantastic and pool itself was also really good. Throughout the hotel there were great views. Had a massage at the hotel and this was also very good. Would recommend.
