Hotels with Breakfast in Alpena Township

The rooms are not connected to the lobby. You will have to drive or walk to the lobby from your room or vice versa. I was given only one key although I asked for one for my son who was staying with me. My son had to go back to the lobby to request his key. The outside entrance going to the rooms was unlocked (I didn't need my key to get in) when I arrived after 11 PM. This made me feel slightly unsafe. The breakfast menu had no protein options rather plenty of carbs. I decided to make myself a bowl of instant oatmeal. When microwaving my oatmeal, it spilled all over the microwave despite following the package directions. I told the staff who displayed noticeable disgust with me. Yes, the price is cheaper to stay here, but I guess you get what you paid for.

Located off M-32, we’re three miles from Downtown Alpena, home to shops and restaurants. Starlite Beach, Alpena Shipwreck Tours, Alpena Wildlife Sanctuary, and Bay View Park are all within 10 minutes of us. Alpena County Regional Airport is four miles away.
