Quarto bom com camas e travesseiros confortáveis, os funcionários são dispostos e simpáticos, os recreadores são ótimos! As piscinas muito boas e limpas. Porém sem informação de altura, o q acho de suma importância já q uma delas é bem funda e não dá pé pra quem tem menos de 1,70 de altura no local mais profundo. Também seria bom se tivesse ambiente climatizado na recepção. O hotel deveria investir mais no site, colocar mais informações, a recreação por exemplo é um serviço q não consta no site e faz muita diferença pra quem tem filhos! A limpeza dos quartos e do hotel precisa melhorar, tinha teias de aranha no quarto e em vários locais do hotel. A variedade de comidas é boa no final de semana, porém durante a semana deixa muito a desejar. Sobremesas boas. Deveriam colocar tarja nas comidas e sobremesas com informações do q é, facilitaria nas escolhas principalmente das sobremesas. Carrinho para carregar as malas também seria ótimo se tivesse! E alguém para ajudar a carregar / descarregar as malas também seria muito bom. Contudo, considerando ótimo valor das diárias, provavelmente vamos voltar já que o hotel é pertinho da cidade que moramos (preferencialmente no final de semana para ter uma alimentação boa).
