We stayed in the hotel for one night, as part of a cycle tour through Puglia. The hotel room was decent and staff were friendly. The issue i had was that i left a kindle in the room when i checked out. I notified my tour guide who contacted the hotel immediately. The hotel claimed that an external company cleans the room and they could not get hold of them. After a day the hotel said they renumerate my loss. Having been back home for nearly 2 months, the hotel is not answering any of my communications.

I spent one night at Hotel Fuori Le Mura at the end of a bicycle tour around Puglia. The hotel is a fully modern facility with excellent rooms, a parking garage, and all the features you can expect from a modern high-rise hotel. I communicated with Antonio through email when arranging my booking. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. I was able to park my bicycle in the hotel's secure garage. When I arrived, my check-in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a solid fast internet connection. It was a medium-short walk to the 'old-town' section of Altamura, which is certainly worth a visit.

Great room, slept well, comfortable bed. Poor breakfast with very little choice given the high price of € 150/00 per night if we consider the breakfast which is really comparable to a maximum 2 star hotel. I speak from experience as a world traveler. Inconvenient for travel if you do not have your own car. Being a 4 star I thought it was equipped with services appropriate for the category it belongs to. Pietro

Sono ritornata per la seconda volta in quest'hotel a distanza di un anno per lavoro e ne conservavo un buon ricordo. Nulla da eccepire sulle camere che sono pulite e confortevoli,la grande delusione l'ho avuta sul servizio...non so se sia cambiato qualcosa ma ho trovato una grande scortesia del personale, dalla reception al ristorante ( soprattutto quest'ultimo di un livello imbarazzante) Avevamo organizzato un pranzo per i nostri clienti e siamo tutti rimasti delusi dalla qualità e quantità del cibo. Soprattutto la qualità era inesistente.La scortesia e la poca disponibilità del personale hanno completato il quadro. Felice di non tornare

Hotel con architettura moderna si trova in posizione semicentrale in una zona di recente costruzione. La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa, con un letto comodo e bagno spazioso. Ottimo albergo, con camere spaziose, abbastanza silenziose, comodo parcheggio esterno se non si vuole usufruire del garage a pagamento. Molto apprezzabile l'ampio balcone, su cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite turistiche. Personale gentile. Colazione discreta, ma non certo il fiore all'occhiello dell'albergo: i piatti dovrebbero essere riassortiti maggiormente, per due mattine abbiamo trovato diversi vassoi con solo due fette di torta rimaste e questo non è un bel vedere.
