A very beautiful and romantic place. I believe it is the perfect location for a wedding. Clean and tidy, but not quite 5 stars. We were in October, when the outdoor pool was not in use and there were very few facilities within the hotel itself. The air conditioner in the apartment (which we paid more for) was very loud and not very functional. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very bad, breakfast was solid. The spa center is small but with great staff and services. It saves the whole resort.

I was supposed to stay in the floating spa room. I booked it six months ago and less than two weeks before we arrive - there are “abnormalties”. My room is given to someone else. They want me to take a room with no view. It’s my honeymoon. Do not count on this hotel to follow through. If it’s a special occasion, do not trust this hotel! I am already in Europe and I have no idea where to go now. Please buyer be aware!

Beautiful structure, the pool, the huge garden and the lake make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. I would give the location a 10/10. Very good breakfast in a very elegant room with a huge choice, there were even single portions of cereals, delicious cakes prepared by the chef and freshly baked croissants and pastries... the very kind staff... rating 10/10. I had a smartbox and we used that for the overnight stay. Precisely for this reason, in my opinion, we ended up with a room that was not top notch, that is, beautiful in appearance but in need of a bit of maintenance... the shower head was broken and did not stand upright, the bidet had a slow drain and the walls were a bit dirty. Despite this, the room did its job because it had a small showerhead then a door on the right with the bedroom, the TV and the minibar and a door in front with the bathroom. Overall, I would give the room a 7 because it was beautiful and the mattress very comfortable. I would gladly return to see the spa and as a wedding guest...I think it's the best!
