Activities & Extras: The hotel offers a variety of non-touristy activities such as cycling, yoga, and access to a peaceful beach. Guests also enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere, with options for relaxation or exploration.

From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and it genuinely felt like everyone knew who we were, speaking to us on a first-name basis and making us feel completely at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The restaurant staff were exceptionally accommodating to vegan diets, ensuring a full, delicious breakfast each day: vegan pancakes, vegan sausages, vegan cottage cheese, roasted red pepper, and even vegan cakes. Dinner did not disappoint either. On the first night, the children couldn’t eat the pasta as it contained egg, but the next day the kitchen had prepared special pasta just for them. The food was excellent and by far the best vegan service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The bar was lovely, too, providing a relaxed spot to unwind after a day out. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with great amenities including a hob, microwave, and coffee machine. Coffee and water were replenished every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short ride from the beach, which was sandy and beautifully clean. The staff even drove us to the beach in a tuk-tuk, providing deck chairs and towels, which made our beach visits effortless and enjoyable. We absolutely loved all the little touches and the friendliness shown toward the children. The small playroom just off the reception kept them entertained while we finished breakfast or dinner, making mealtimes much more relaxed. Gifts for the children on arrival, child-friendly bathroom products, and bedtime stories delivered at the end of the day were all excellent touches. We were one of only a few families there, which meant we had the pool practically to ourselves. The pool was spotless, beautifully maintained, and at a perfect temperature, a little chilly getting in, but once in, it was lovely. Every detail was carefully considered, and the level of service made our stay truly special. With the addition of the spa building, which will be completed soon, this hotel will be even better. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Everything about this hotel has been excellent from start to finish. The staff are outstanding – attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming – and the attention to detail throughout the property is impeccable. The restaurant is exceptional too, with fantastic food and service. That said, we did find the atmosphere less suited to couples without children, as the hotel seems to cater more towards families. During dinner service, the presence of loud children sometimes made it harder to enjoy the otherwise refined setting, and the pool area could feel quite loud as well. While this is wonderful for families, it may not be ideal for couples seeking a quieter, more tranquil luxury experience. If there were adults-only areas or certain spaces reserved for quieter dining or relaxation, we would have found the stay absolutely faultless. As it stands, it’s still a beautiful hotel that we very much enjoyed during the quieter moments, but worth noting for couples who may be looking for a more serene retreat.
