前台服務真的特別好 解決問題的態度很端正 並且不會去推脱 奢華且乾淨的環境以及搭配豐富的早餐讓我讚不絕口 本想着在續住幾天但是因為個人原因不得不離店 下次有機會一定再來長城假日入住 值得推薦 祝酒店越做越好 新的一年蓬蓽生輝！

感覺對不起起這麼大個名字 比不上小旅館 所説的設施也不行 前台也是混日子 你不強硬的去找她解決問題就推皮球一樣把問題踢來踢去 甚至還當面陰陽 別的還好吧 總體來説體驗感很差 不會再體驗

條件還不錯，房間很大，性價比超高，早餐棒極了。就是衞生間排風太大聲音，洗澡的門也不好用，洗澡拖鞋很臟，洗澡也挺冷的。

喜歡這裏的硬件設施和早餐，早餐後廚的工作人員必須點贊，借了我一個削土豆皮的削子幫我解決了面膜的難題，非常感謝，我離店時突然，沒能履行承諾衹能還到前台處讓前台儘快安排返回早餐後廚；客房服務人員態度也良好，但前台的服務態度確實不佳，入住時和離店辦理都沒見過笑臉，態度生硬，很嚇人，必須提高前台服務質量
