Quite a hike to the rooms when elevator is broken (which is often). Service can be scarce and hard to reach staff. Lower rooms near street are noisy but views at breakfast good if you go outside. Male staff member nice but rest of staff rude. They charge extra for laundry so be careful with that. Overall would not recommend for the price as there are many other options around.

Sono appena ritornato nelle Marche, dopo questa magnifica esperienza ad Amalfi. Volevo una struttura in pieno centro di Amalfi che doveva essere comoda , pulita e soprattutto molto accogliente. Arrivato in struttura ,ho trovato la signora Gabriella di una gentilezza e accoglienza sopra le mie aspettative, persona molto professionale e preparata ad accontentare le persone che come me sono abbastanza esigenti. La camera molto spaziosa e molto pulita , la colazione con materie prime di altissima qualità, per non parlare dell ottimo cappuccino fatto dalla signora . Struttura assolutamente consigliatissima a soli 20 metri dal duomo di Amalfi. E comunque la signora Gabriella ne fa' il valore aggiunto, mi ha fatto fin da subito sentire a casa. Un abbraccio a prestissimo.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht im Palazzo Pisani und konnten diese wegen Corona nicht antreten. Wir erhielten einen Voucher befristet, den wir aber nicht einlösen konnten. Mangels freier Hotelkapazitäten und aus familiären Gründen. Wir baten Palazzo Pisani uns doch den Betrag wieder zurück zu überweisen. Es hatte sich daraufhin keiner mehr gemeldet! Keinerlei Reaktion mehr seit 2 Monaten …. Trotz mehrerer Versuche in Kontakt zu treten und emails. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt ….. das Geld einfach einstreichen und sich nicht mehr zu melden. Daher keine Buchungen bei Palazzo Pisani vornehmen mit Vorauskasse … wenn was dazwischen kommt bekommt ihr euer Geld nicht wieder.
