We enjoyed our stay at 305 Guesthouse. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a nice ocean view. The property is well-maintained and clean, offering good amenities, though there is no pool. It has its own restaurant, but there is no direct access to the beach.

Noise was excessive. There was a wedding reception that was held on the property which I was not told about. There was noise throughout the night and early hours of the morning when the catering company was packing up. It was really a poor experience. I spoke to reception to give me another room but was told that all rooms were taken. I will certainly not book this accommodation again.

We had such a lovely stay at 305 Guest House. The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is peaceful and close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

This was my second stay at 305, and honestly, it was even better than the first! Everything was just perfect — clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. The attention to detail and consistency in service really stood out. It felt like coming back home, but even better! I’ll definitely be returning again.

The management was very accommodating with my requests. The staff was professional and friendly at all times. Wendy the receptionist is very efficient, patient and friendly. Jolene also made me feel very welcome and ensured I was comfortable.

The Room and the View I was fortunate enough to stay in a Luxury Sea View Room, and it was the highlight of the trip. The room was individually decorated, impeccably clean, and offered exceptional comfort. The luxurious bedding, and the thoughtful amenities (like the air conditioning and private balcony) made it a true retreat. But the showstopper was the view: an uninterrupted, breathtaking panorama of the Indian Ocean. I spent hours relaxing on the balcony, simply listening to the waves and watching for dolphins—it felt like a private, front-row seat to nature's theatre. The early morning sunrise from the comfort of the room was an unforgettable sight.

Spotless room with an endless ocean view and a very comfortable four-poster bed, decorated in petal hearts to help us celebrate a special anniversary! Received by a very friendly weekend receptionist, who attended to our dinner order and helped us find our room - Thank you Siya! Then followed breakfast - delicious!
