Delicious food, interesting ambience but to top it all the amazing hospitality. Worth mentioning some staff who made this trip even more memorable - Abhishek and Randhir at the House of Ming, Lalit at Shamiana, Amrita at the pool and above all Chandrakala for the overall guest experience.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve had in India! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Every detail, from the beautifully maintained rooms to the personalized service, was exceptional. The hospitality here is truly unmatched—warm, attentive, and genuine. The food was incredible, the atmosphere serene, and every part of the stay felt thoughtful and luxurious. I felt completely at home while still being pampered. This hotel sets a new standard for service and comfort. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel from 2nd June to 4th June 2025. The staff at the reception accorded a warm welcome. The rooms were ready on arrival, and the allocation was done thoughtfully to keep the family together. The rooms were spacious and much more comfortable. The check-in process was very smooth and informative, and so was the check-out process, a fond farewell with a token gift of memory. The breakfast was a large spread and sumptuous. The staff was readily available to assist almost all guests with a will and a smile. It was really nice to arrange a surprise cake in the room for my granddaughter Anahita on her birthday. The hotel has a great swimming pool and a kids' room with an attendant. I would like to make a special mention of Himani, Anjali, Rahul, Mandvi, Isha, Ujjwal, Kunal, and the entire team for making our stay so special.

At Taj Amer our stay was out just outstanding. Hotel is so beautiful everything is modern and aesthetic. Great welcome and staffs are very kind. Specially I must thank Aniket from front office helped a lot and took a great care of us. He arranged a special surprise for my wife birthday. Rooms are spacious and loaded with all facilities. Hotel amenities are great and everything is clean. Breakfast was great and food was very nice. I highly recommend visitors to have stay at this hotel, it’s a great hotel. It’s near to Amer Fort.

Excellent staff and exceptional customer service good care delicious food humble staff. Good amenities and amazing ambiance. Great swimming pool. My kids were very happy to stay there good hospitality and housekeeping. Recommendations for all.
