In over ten years of traveling, this is the first time we've left a hotel before even staying there. We arrive, the manager doesn't call anyone to help us carry our suitcases even though there's no elevator. Well... Then, we say that we have a fairly early departure for the airport, so we ask him if it's possible to prepare a small sandwich or something simple, he tells us that he can't do anything for us. Well... We go to the room, which is very small. I notice long black hair on the floor, which is therefore not mine. Well, this is starting to be a lot. We want to take a shower. No towels. We have to go downstairs to ask him for some. I start to grumble... Dropping my phone on the floor, I notice old bottles under the bed and a rather mind-boggling amount of dust. It's too much for us. While waiting for my husband to bring the suitcases down, I hear the manager talking inappropriately about us in Arabic outside, thinking I didn't understand. This is going too far. We were just asking for a clean room and towels, as well as the basic services that any basic hotel should provide. I strongly advise against this hotel. We were able to find a room immediately closer to the theater, with real professional hotel service.

Small two-star property, but perfect for those who want to stay in the center of Amman. The guesthouse is family-run with the owner who is almost always present. Average rooms. Excellent breakfast served in a small room on the ground floor. The property also organizes excursions to the major attractions of Jordan.
