the dinner buffet lack of drinks, only mineral water will be served. Any others drinks will been extra charge.

The staff are amazing: Motasem, Yanal, Ahmad, Dawoud, House keeping , everything was amazing, I highly recommend the stay to enjoy Amman for leasure or business. Thank you so much 💓 the food is great 👍 👌 and the pool is really nice, I would visit them again 😊

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable. What made the experience truly special was the staff—especially Moatsem and Dawoud, who were always welcoming with a warm smile. All the staff members were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

It was the dirtiest bathroom in Amman.The bathtub was not cleaned from the previous guest, the toilet seat was broken, the floor in the bathroom was very dirty, the window lock was broken and the windows did not close properly and therefore the noise from the traffic was very loud
