The average reception, roommate with cockroaches, bad smell, 3 days without breakfast, a lot of noise and music at night because of the nightclubs around, windows not insulated and do not close, very long elevator, no service transport or tourism.

This hotel is very dirty. carpets are dirty. bath is dirty (we found 2 shampoo bottles of previous guests open still in the bath), sheets are clean but so small that they do not cover the very dirty mattress. Breakfast is very limited. Smoking in the hotel is allowed, even in the rooms. In our room, toiletpaper was missing, coffee cooker was missing. It took two requests to get this solved. Shops and restaurants are close.

Lovely hotel. Newly decorated. Extremely comfortable beds. Fabulous breakfast. Omelettes/ fresh fruit/ juice/ salad / breads & traditional Jordanian breakfast. Staff very friendly & helpful. Fabulous interior design of lounge area.

Food and service was amazing, better than other 5 star hotels I have stayed at here in Amman, Jordan. Rooms are good and location is perfect! Over all 5 stars!! Very good price and restaurant for location. Rooms and staff friendly. Can’t recommend more!
