This hotel is awful in one of the worst countries to visit , i have chosen the prepaid option to stay there for couple days even though i have been denied to enter that country with no single justification from their awful immigration officers, the hotel completely ignored my request for a refund even they ignored booking request to them for proceeding a refund i have contacted and called them several times about the issue but they remained ignoring the request , so i lost my money staying there. I personally don't recommend anyone to stay there and if he is thinking about that please never ever pay in advance to any hotel in that country.

Very good hotel in the heart of downtown Amman. Close to shops, restaurants and major attractions. Staff is very caring and special thanks go to Bassam who was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel as it is affordable with very good service and quality.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, giving good advice about travelling in Jordan, and made tasty pancakes for breakfast. The rooms were simple but decent, with all necessary amenities. The location was good to explore Amman.

The best thing about it is it's location. It's just next to the main attractions of Amman. My stay was quite peaceful and the staffs were very helpful. AC was noisy. They don't have their own Parking space. But public parking is nearby only. Evening time this place is super crowded.

Extremely central, few steps away from the amphitheatre. Staff extremely friendly and polite Rooms clean and large, with kettle and fridge Very nice terrace with beautiful view Parking available with a very cheap rate 5 Jod the whole night! Recommended

Very caring staff! Everything is very clean, the sheets and towels smell good of laundry. The location is ideal close to the souk and monuments including the citadel. For one night it was perfect. However, the room was dated although very clean, not very modern and the bathroom was tiny, shower and sink together, but for a one-night stop it was very good. Firm bedding! top

I agree with the other reviews for the strategic location and spartan rooms. The sheets were clean. Abundant breakfast for savory dishes less so for sweet ones. Thanks to the very nice Tamil who made us feel at home.

Muy buen hotel , muy bien ubicado en el sitio de Amman , el servicio excelente , el señor de recepción muy buena gente y también Bassam que nos ayudó mucho y nos ha recibido muy bien . Todo perfecto estoy muy contento con el servicio del hotel. Si volviera a ir a Jordania no dudaría en hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel
