We felt so at home in this lovely hotel in a great area in Amman. The rooms were a decent size with good facilities. Breakfast was fresh with good coffee and most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a budget hotel and delivers great value.

Clean and spacious enough room. Change of towels and remaking of the bed today. Bathroom equipped with various comforts. We had dinner for two consecutive evenings and except for one dish, the dishes were repeated over the days. Little variety even in breakfast. Absence of desserts. Friendly and kind staff.

Hotel a little outside Amman, but with a taxi 10 minutes traffic permitting you are in the center, very kind staff we had an upgrade since there were 3 of us with 2 connecting rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet variety of foods for all tastes only note a little cold the restaurant room perhaps because there was the outside room for smokers and when you opened the door it was cold. Thanks for the possibility at any time to have hot water for tea or herbal teas room a little worn but very clean.

I found it to be a pretty decent hotel, considering the price and the average price for Jordan. A very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and good shower (you don't get cold in it like some other hotels...). It has a huge supermarket nearby, which is useful for shopping. Since Uber taxis are cheap, even if it's not in the city center, you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes for 2-4 dinars.

We stayed at this hotel for several days. We slept, had breakfast and dinner. The location is bad for us, because there are several restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. It is far from the city center, you need to use transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needs an update. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bad restaurant. Very small for so many customers. The food, buffet style, very limited and repetitive. There was only one dessert each night. They have closed the adjacent terrace so they can use it, but even so, the room is very small, with few tables.

The Minsk hotel was a choice dictated by a Booking cancellation for a more central hotel solution. However, the distance from the center of Amman is easily obviated by the affordability of the taxis that whiz by in the city traffic. Rental cars are parked in the hotel's free parking lot. The management is available to make reservations and give directions for visiting the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable and of a good standard (excellent value for money at 50 jods per room per night). Good cleaning and decent breakfast; good wifi connection.

We purchased 2 nights in this hotel with bed, dinner and breakfast. Upon arrival we were not served dinner, much less a packed dinner, telling us that it was midnight and too late, even though we had paid for the service. The restaurant has little truth for both dinner and breakfast. The room smelled like smoke. On the other hand, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located a little outside the centre, in front you can find two markets and a pharmacy. We won't be returning.
