This was one of the best places I’ve visited in Jordan. Great hospitality, respect, and high credibility. A calm atmosphere and a perfect place to spend time away from the noise. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the room service came in to clean our rooms everyday and even asked us what time worked best for them to come and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were consistently excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, they were always willing whenever needed. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Nice Hotel acceptable standard they have gym and a.very small pool The receptionists are lovely especially Shahed (professional) and Nazek I have Stayed for 19 days breakfast was very well presented the wedding planner is amazing He will give u more than expected. It's recommended

The service at this hotel is worth the stay !! Staff are smooth friendly and cooperative. Ladies working there are really amazing adorable, helpful, professional and friendly . They make you feel like you are in a 5 stars hotel specially Shahed and Nazik. Mahmoud an Egyptian cleaner is one of the best I ever met .very very very clean . He really deserves a reward. The rooms are spacious with good quality of furniture .The breakfast buffet is delicious, with variety of options! The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. I stayed for 10 days and now prolonging my stay just becaue of the service Best of Luck!

Gerasa Hotel is an amazing place. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excelkent, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel is right next to a great variety c of cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and street food. I would like to specifically thank Ms Nazek, as she was amazing so helpful. Egyptair lost our bags from Cairo to Amman and if it was not for the staff at the Gerasa hotel especially Ms Nazek who went out her way to help after multiple failed attempts and trips to the airport to get our bags, we would have had a much less enjoyable stay. Ms Nazek went above and beyond her duty, as not only did she speak to the airport on our behalf, but also contacted Egyptair to get a solution. My bag was located and found and I had it back in 48 hours, my friends a day later whereby he picked it up at the airport. I cannot thank the staff enough at Gerasa hotel. One if the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff all very helpful and knowledgeable, with exceotional hospitality. Thank you for everything thst you did for us. Andy.
