5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if possible) to the local resort - Residence Goelia Le Domaine du Golf😊. The employees are friendly and service minded. Unfortunately, Kevin is always busy. But the front desk with friendly Delphine works very well and the technician Romain is super attentive and quickly gets things under control. 1⭐️ to the Head Office at Goelia🙁. They live in a distant world. Goelia does not bother to answer friendly inquiries from the customer and charges extra money for regular service - even simple things - they are a money machine. They also take extra money from the customer even for nothing/no services. Things that the customer could fix themselves on "my page", if it was otherwise possible. Furthermore, if you address yourself in an email in English - and if Goelis replies - then they do so in French. That is too bad and not customer friendly. Goelia HQ should join the club; "good service for the benefit of the customer". It would result in satisfied customers and certainly and decidedly more customers in the company.

We really enjoyed our short holiday here. The staff at the hotel and at the golf club nextdoor were extremely friendly and very flexible regarding the check in and check out times. We also enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool in the evening. It is a wonderful place to enjoy wine, good food, nature and playing golf. We will be returning next year!

Excellent séjour. Emplacement idéal pour partir en randonnée et visiter. Piscine agréable. Contrairement a certains commentaires "les golfeurs" sont charmants avec les vacanciers. Il faudrait prévoir quelques rénovations dans les appartements mais c'est très correct. La région est merveilleuse et les gens très accueillant.

Bel établissement, logement spacieux, 2 salles de bains, pour 4/6 personnes. Piscine très bien. Acceuil sympa. Au vert, site touristique, commerces, restaurant accessibles rapidement en voiture. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. La région est excellente, les Vosges et l'Alsace réunis, nous avons pu profiter de la neige à la station du Lac Blanc, visiter Kaysersberg, Colmar, Neuf Brisach.

Résidence très agréable située sur la route des vins, logement propre ainsi que la piscine et les parties communes. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Région magnifique avec son parc naturel régional des ballons des Vosges. A 10km de Colmar et son village de Noël. Pas très loin des pistes de Gerardmer, La Bresse Holneck, du lac blanc et des frontières Suisse et Allemande.

Nous avons passé la dernière semaine de décembre dans cette résidence très bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Ballade à pied dans le golf, la forêt ou les vignes très sympa. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Piscine très utile avec des enfants. En bref un très beau séjour en famille en Alsace sous la neige. Merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la résidence Goélia. Très bon accueil de Kévin et de tout le personnel, toujours disponible et à notre service pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Appartement confortable. Piscine où il fait bon se baigner au retour de randonnées. Cadre splendide : golf, forêt. Ammerschwihr est très bien situé. Beaucoup de possibilités d'activités dans la région : cyclisme dans les vignes, randonnées en montagne, visite de jolies villes et villagesd'alsace ou d'Allemagne. Bref , nous recommandons ce lieu ! Chambre dans une Ambiance Chalet, on n'aime ou pas mais dans mon cas nous avons apprécié. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Accès facile, parking spacieux et hôtel au calme. Le top est quand même le personnel de la résidence, hyper disponible, efficace et sympathique. On y retournera.

Belle résidence, dans un cadre très agréable vignes et forêts, dans la plus belle région de l'Alsace. Beaux logements bien équipés, accueil sympa et efficace. Nous y séjournons 2 semaines par an, printemps et automne, depuis de nombreuses années.
