Good budget hotel with expensive parking rate ever. Park your vehicle at the opposite side of the road.

Everything is nice. The room is good for its price. The staff are nice and helpful. The place is strategic. They're family mart, emart, cu mart, marry brown, coffeebean and everything. There are also many restaurants.

It is a new hotel renovated from Gulsan Hotel which has already been replaced by this new hotel. All in all, a good and affordable stay. Parking is not provided and you need to enter the paid parking area managed by metro parking.
