Hotel Euphoria Green

Alright !! It was one of the worst stay . I booked via make my trip by checking all its reviews however I feel it’s all fake .They say flexible chcekin but not really,that’s not true so don’t believe .We booked from 31st to 2nd however we arrived and checked in on 1st morning due to our flight change .Rooms are small but worst is cleanliness .Bedsheets not clean at all (didn’t click picture to make it worst ).Food is ok .For staff I give 7 out of 5 rating since they are considerate .I got sick due to cold weather .TV wasn’t working .When I asked for bottle of water in room(the second day) they gave us water in Jug and receptionist said that if u want water apart from what was already there then it will be charged .Rooms had smell of food and masala from kitchen 24*7 .The lady at reception is super rude .Breakfast is free but has limited option .It’s a new property but lack of great customer service .Cherry on the cake was I paid 1500/- for extension since our flight was delayed even after checkin late so hence they aren’t flexible .Don’t go for reviews it’s fake .I was staying with my mother and it was not at all great to begin our new year .The only good thing was golden temple .City is ok .Uber drivers are professional and there’s cars are super clean . EUPHORIA HOTEL hope you make some changes and be little more considerate towards people who don’t like to complain and rather except you be more clean and professional . Thanks

It was good and brilliant stay all the time I am coming only this one hotel……….. very nice and good service all staff very cooperative and good behaviour for all hotel guest . Recommend your hotel for my all relatives and friends…………………………good

Excellent service, good food, nice staff, near to golden temple. Have food parking space, can arrange for pickup and drop for golden temple. Can come with the family , reasonable rates. Good place to visit

This hotel is a new property and a very decent one. We were three families and opted for 4 rooms. The rooms were clean and with fresh sheets and blankets. So no complaints on the cleanliness front. It was quite good. The rooms we had were good for 2+1. Although the hotel offered extra mattress but with the room size available, we opted for an extra room instead of mattress. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast spread is good. The staff is very cordial and accommodating. No complains regarding amenities like AC, Kettle, tea / coffee inside room. Overall a good experience. You can get auto etc to go to Golden temple, Jaliawala bagh etc easily. These places are ＜2.5 kms from the hotel. Alternatively Hotel also arranges for cab. We booked cabs through the hotel for our Atari border visit and it was smooth.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Housekeeping person Varun facilitated us well. Staff is very cooperative including reception desk and restaurant. Hotel is near to Golden temple and in last I feel Happy to stay here!

Good service and nice place and good food quality golden tampal near and railway station are near by hotal bus stand near by hotal Local side allso arrange by request to hotal provide taxi and Auto everything is goog☺👍
