Hot water was not available. Wifi facilitie and TV not available. Room service was not upto the mark. Room servent was not good attitude. Delex room service was very poor.

Room is good enough, staff is friendly but bathroom condition is very poor. Taps are dirty, hard to operate, no toiletry provide except two pieof soap. Air-conditioning didn't work and even water is paid. Not worth what i paid.

We were travel-ling with a pet so hotel options for us were limited so out of all the other hotels that were pet friendly this was nearest to golden temple and rooms were also decent.

Some hygiene issue. Bedsheets were not clean, even the bed and its back shelf had dust. Wash basin pipe was leaking and toilet seat cover was broken from a side. Rest ok.
