Comfortable place with hospitable caretaker, even though we arrived late they made sure we were properly settled. Thanks to them we had a good night's sleep. They also upgraded our room after we had a bit diffulty. Overall the stay was nice.

The house was down what can only be described as an alley road not very nice or a desirable suburban area which we thought it might be haha in fact it's located in a commercial part with lots of motor mechanic workshops. Check in was prompt, clean but very basic room on ground floor with no window felt very claustrophobic. Bed was good I think I slept ok on it. Standard breakfast of omelette and toast. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. Pretty good Value for money also would say it's good for backpackers. Location was good for the Golden Temple. Wagah border closing ceremony was a great experience but quite a journey to get there so check that out before you book anywhere to stay. Would recommend like I say it's cheap for those on a budget like we were.

Located in a shady car repair area. Rooms and cupboards do not have proper locks. Rooms on 2nd floor but no lift available. The kitchen and washing machine is common on 1st floor in the house that the owner is staying and using. There is no separate amenity for the guests.
