I stayed at Fortune Inn Heritage Walk, Amritsar with my family and friends, expecting a pleasant experience from a reputed name like ITC. Unfortunately, our first evening dinner turned out to be quite a letdown. We found an insect in the yellow dal that was served to us. It was extremely disappointing and upsetting, especially for my wife. We immediately informed the staff, but the response wasn’t very reassuring. Hygiene should be a top priority, especially in a family-friendly hotel.

It’s a nice and well maintained hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel’s parking / security / front office / restaurant / house keeping / service staff - everyone tried to put their best efforts for making our stay most comfortable. In view of the location too, this hotel will be my first choice in future visits. Best wishes.

The location is good as it’s close to Golden temple. We had booked a family suite .. the curtains were stained, it was noisy , the view outside was horrible and even their bathroom had no proper water drainage. The staff is courteous but the room was bad

This is a great hotel, with an even better location and the staff are very welcoming. We initially stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 family suites booked for the 7 of us. The room was big but there is only one shower (though two toilets) but it was comfortable enough. The location is what really sells this hotel, its a 7 min walk to Harmandir Sahib and is central to all other attractions. Hotel is clean and the restaurant food was very tasty and fresh. The staff are very helpful and a special shout-out to Shravan who helped us book last minutes rooms back at the hotel, Kapil and Deepak - all very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here and we will definitely return when we visit Amritsar again.

The overall stay was amazing comfortable and staff was super supportive. I truly recommend as the hotel premises was nice and was very close to darbar sahib. Food was amazing and proper hygiene was maintained. My next visit will be again in this hotel for sure
