As we settled into the cab heading to our hotel, I wondered why we chose a place so far from the city. My little one and I were excited, but I never expected to find such a stunning and spacious property in this setting. The warm welcome immediately brightened our spirits, allowing us to relax in the serene surroundings while our child enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gardens. The fresh smell of clean bedsheets welcomed us as we entered our room, which featured ample space and a large window overlooking the garden with a seating arrangement—our little one’s favourite spot. Unfortunately, our two-day stay in Amritsar coincided with a city shutdown due to political issues, which meant we couldn't explore the local cuisine. Thankfully, the staff served us a delicious non-vegetarian thali for lunch, and we couldn’t get enough. That evening, we dined at their signature restaurant and were amazed by the grandeur. The snacks were so plentiful that we could hardly finish them, yet we still wanted more. In summary, we highly recommend this luxurious property to everyone we meet. We're especially grateful to the front-desk staff, housekeeping, managers, servers and all others who made our stay unforgettable. You truly are the heart and soul of this place!

Aesthetic heritage property. Good food and excellent hospitality. It's close to the airport but slightly on the outskirts of the main city. Overall it was a good experience.

The property was okayish, the restaurant staff was pretty rude and don't know what the hospitality actually means specially the manager in the morning, i asked for a coffee in my room since i wasn't well, he couldn't arrange that, and then they called me that we have less balance left please come and pay some amount, i mean what the hell was that, no one calls me in the room and ask for money like that, i was anyhow clearing the bill on my own convenience, bimal was a nice guy he helped arrange the decoration of the room and was quite polite during the overall stay.

I was charged an extra amount by the hotel, as i made this booking for 4 adults and 2 kids, but it took as 1 adult 1 kid in each room.
