Hotel Grand Suncity

Rooms are good quality but services need improvement. A little bit politene work ethics are required as improvement in the service

Really disappointed with mm t for suggesting this hotel, room was not clean enough and they haven't provided any service. I checked in at 02 am and at that time there was a fight going on on the ground floor of the hotel and that was quite irritating for whole night like it keeps on continuing till 04 00am after that they haven't provided any soap, towel and when i asked to provide them they said that they don't have that. And then a *** gave me the shower gel at the time of leaving and the dispenser was not working as well. I told him to change it but haven't changed it. There was no water in the morning when i went for bath, they said that water tank got empty so it will take 15 minutes to turn motor and then it took around 30 minutes i paid for the breakfast buffet t but they delivered in the room, like i ordered 4 pranthas, they delivered only 2 and after that i called them to send 2 more pranthas, it took them 25 min to send those 2 pranthas which i ordered in advance. It was not preferabe to book their breakfast service. & they haven't even took our id's while checking in really a terrible experience when you pay 1900 just for this kind of service check in time 02 00am checkout time 10 00am

In 2 days we have changed 3 rooms after check-in in some rooms ac was not working while in others geezer was not working and bedsheets was too dirty/used and they didn't change it even dirty rooms. Ac/geezer not working dirty rooms

I thing all thing are good in hotel like cleaning, services & food qua6

The say was good enough and the food is also good enough. Check in is also good enough with proper processor
