I have booked a suite room in this property ,but unfortunately I was not expecting this they have given me premium room instead of suite room. This is a kind of cheating they are doing with guests. I complaint about this with front office and GM they start fighting with me . Why their inventories are wrong . Online it shows suite room but at the time of checkin getting premium room. This is a shameful act and I can say this is not a 4* catagory property it's 2* property. I'm advising other guests kindly cross check your reservation you may be cheated.

Premium Stay , Budgeted Price My 2 Nights stay was made very nice over here . The rooms are quite spacious , Location is very good . The road is buzzling with all street vendors offering local food . Kanha Sweets is just next building , so you can have the Poori Chole here ***** with halwa . Do taste their Amritsari Kulch here in Sandoz which was very well Prepared , I was impressed by its crispness & great taste . Golden Temple is around 10 mins drive by Rickshaw who will charge 80--100 which is available just outside the hotel Over all its a nice place to stay & enjoy your visit to amritsar . My special thanks goes to Priyanka in the hotel who helped with my booking & She was quick enough to resolve all my queries . I wish you all the very best 🙏👏👏👍Keep moving ahead 😀 Thanks Sandoz for the lovely Hospitality ❤️💥 will come back again ☑️

Good Hotel and nice stay we have. Good and polite staff. Good food, we enjoy our stay in Sandoz Amritsar. Comfortable stay and we enjoy overall journey of Amritsar and around 4 kms from golden temple visit. E Auto are available from outside of the hotel and few restaurants also in the vicinity.

It is a 3 star hotel with all the facilities. The FOOD was really great, awesome. Like it lacked cleanliness. Staff were good. Facilities were average for the price. Loation was awesome. In short, if you are in a rush, you can stay here. Rooms were really small for the price.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Sandoz Hotel Amritsar. The front desk managers, Rahul and Muskan, were incredibly helpful and polite, making the check-in and overall experience seamless. A special thanks to Vijay Kumar (GM) for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The service and comfort exceeded expectations—highly recommended!

Had an amazing time with friends and family. The food can't be more tastier and delicious than we had here. Each and every dish was relishing. Even the coffee experience was mind blowing. Ambience and restaurant staff was excellent too. They take extra care for every customer. Must visit place.

Beautiful stay, it was very rememberful trip. Food was very tasty, staff was very helpful, specially sarthik sharma from front desk & property manager Mr. Vijay kumar. Room was very spacious with full Ac. Thanks to all staff. Will visit again in future.

The staffs are very polite, we enjoyed a lot there, the room was very beautiful and yeah we enjoyed a lott, it is located in the city and there are many pure veg restaurants nearby, the breakfast here was amazing the food here was amazing in taste
