service was extremely bad ,they have not checked the room before check in ,tv was not working and there was no remote for AC , they told me to change the room after one day but before that the entire hotel had no water for at least three hours . we lost five hours during travel at Amritsar.they also got the extra amount or early check in.

Cockroaches were moving on walls. Towels were not clean. No proper parking space for cars. No room service. Approach road is narrow

As per your commitment they provide early checkin if room available but they charge 500/- extra for early checkin in spite of availability of room. When I demanded extra towel because others two towels was wet but they didn't provide

There were small cockroaches in the room, no electric kettle and no room sleepers were there, also their kitchen was not functional and very delayed power backup

Awful stay - filthy rooms, stained sheets, no basic amenities, zero comfort, overall unhygienic. The worst stay ever—Very disappointing. Not worth a single penny. Terrible experience.
