Incredible building And room with great space And feel. I wasnt very well one the last day of my stay And the Male receptionist was a legend giving me tea And advice how to get better. Felt like a friend at the desk, was a great vibe. Only downside is the Wifi would come And go as they only have 1000 IP address's so sometimes it drops out after a couple hours. Great hotel, set in a lovely park close to the city centre. 5 min walk for a bus that takes you to Centraal station. Lovely room, breakfast and staff. Other bars and restaurants close by. A great place to explore from.

The room is simply furnished and well-equipped. The wifi password is behind the speaker. The only downside is that the shower head does not work well, the water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, the pillow is uncomfortable (more like a cushion), and I don't understand how to use the washing machine. This hotel is decent and has everything you need. It’s a bit far from the centre and feels a bit isolated, but just take the time to explore some of the cafes downstairs and around the nearby streets. It’s also easy to get into the city by tram so in the end it doesn’t feel that far away. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out and answered all my questions giving advice about how to get around Amsterdam and the Netherlands in general.

The location is great, there is tram just outside the hotel so you can get to anywhere easily. But the room cleaning take place too early. The reception is nice and friendly as well. The house keeping knock our door at 8am which all of us are still in bed. And they take away one of our room key when we are out without informing us. Which causes us spend a lot time to find where the room key go.
